1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of any service by contacting Rajisu Homes through official communication channels.

2. Property Booking Cancellation

*Any cancellation of property bookings shall be governed by the terms and conditions agreed upon between the buyer and the property owner, developer, or seller.
*Rajisu Homes acts as a facilitator and shall not be responsible for cancellation charges imposed by third parties.

3. Consultancy and Service Fees

*Consultancy fees, site visit charges, documentation fees, marketing fees, or any professional service charges paid to Rajisu Homes may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
*Refund requests shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds, if applicable, shall be processed within 15–30 business days through the original mode of payment.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be granted for:

*Change of mind after service completion.
*Delays caused by third-party developers, sellers, or government authorities.
*Incorrect information provided by the customer.
*Services already rendered.
